Returns & Exchanges

At Lost and Found, we want you to love your discoveries, but if a piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
